Ephesians 1:4 just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love, (NKJV)
God wants all to be saved and come to the knowledge of the Truth.
He doesn't play favorites. He does not predestine some for heaven and some for hell.
God's original plan, for all men and women, was to live in a loving and obedient relationship with Him.
However, when Adam and Eve sinned, they chose to walk after the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life.
The devil twisted the Word of God and played on their desires for his own selfish purposes.
God created us with free will. He also leaves the choices of our destiny up to us. Do we seek Him and live for Him or ourselves?
God plans and governs everything within His control. He will not violate free will. That's why you see hundreds of times God telling people, in the Bible, to follow His Word and choose. That's because God's laws protective and not restrictive.
He doesn't see our free choices, but He does see our destiny with Him if we believe and walk by faith in His Son Jesus.
